Since the monitrocnics has been acquired by brinks home security. Do I still get the security camera warranty from Moni?
I have moved to a new house in Kettering OH. I don’t want to use MONI at my new house. Hence, I would like to cancel my current service.
Very poor and tardy customer service. A heat sensor failed and my wife has been dealing with this for two hours. Just send a tech and fix it. Pissed off customer looking else where for security service.
Your customer service sucks. My wife has wasted two hours trying to resolve afaulty heat sensor. Just send a tech out to replace it. Pissed off customer, will be looking elsewhere for security service.
