since putting my ipad back to factory settings have be unable to log on to wechat from the UK to keep in contact with my son and his family in China. My we chat account has been freezed and now it is asking for verification assistance which is further not helping to recover the account.
I would like you to get into the matter and do something for the same

WeChat is my favorite app for chatting with my friends. It is also a great app to find new friends
