Password Reset
I set up an account for the first time last week, shared with associates, and entered task items. Sunday I tried to get back in and username/password doesn’t work. I click “Forgot your password?”, enter my e-mail address, and it returns this message, “The email or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again.” Any thoughts?
I set this up on a Surface Pro 3, but I’m trying to log in on my mobile device and my desktop computer and neither will accept my e-mail address so I can reset the password.
