Jefferson County Cable

i use Jefferson only for internet purpose and not for TV. A week back I had an issue with my connection and the customer service was excellent, they send in their technician who found out that the issue was due to wiring connections in my apartment (totally not their fault) and fixed it. I am really happy with their service and the quick respond time. Highly recommended
