I had my internet services installed two months back and so far everything is good as promised. The internet speed is amazing however during peak hours the internet speed decreases but I can still watch HD movie streaming online. I am very pleased with the customer service as well, I made a call for a new connection and they schedule the installation the very next day. Overall it was a very good experience.

I usually do not like dealing over the phone with the internet guys as most of the time it’s about a problem I am facing and I end up wasting so much time with them. But hotwire is on another level of customer service. For any internet issue that I may be facing, it is always a quick call and they fix the issue. a very responsive team and the onsite technician shows up as quickly as they can and repair it in less than 30 minutes of time. It’s the best Internet service I have had in years and I wished I could have made the switch sooner. Highly recommended

The customer service was great but the time it took them to set up my new connection was two days late than what they actually promised over the phone. Overall great customer service and very high internet speed with no lag time.
