Our internet speed was very slow and inconsistent for few days so we called up the customer service and they were just very professional. They immediately send in their technician to diagnose the issue and it was found out that the router was too far from our apartment building. So they installed a new router in our apartment and the internet speed has never been better. All of this from the time we contact the customer service to the technician coming over to fix the issue was done in less than 2 hours. I really appreciate the quick and out of the world service they have provided. Highly recommended.
