    I opened a service ticket, yesterday afternoon but no one replied. I find it difficult to take care of small things with your company. I wish it was easier.

    I need a new email address for new employee, please. I tried to find where I could create this new email but couldn’t find any options that allows me to do this.

    Please let me know when this is completed or explain to me how I can add this email without asking you to do this for me.
