    I have purchased an order from fingerhut about a month back and I did not receive the shipment as mentioned. I called the fingerhut customer service and they told me to log in to my account and to check for the shipping details. I logged in but I see nothing. There is no information about the purchased I made or the shipping details. I never got the details on my account about my purchases but I did receive the product a week later which is 12 days late as mentioned while purchasing.

    Fingerhut had been very good to me. I have been purchasing stuffs from fingerhut and the products quality is excellent and the prices are pretty good. The last time when I purchased a xbox wireless controller , the controller came with a small dent in the front and after calling fingerhut phone number, I got the replacement in just two days. Their delivery is always on time. I love it

    Fingerhut sent me defective product today(moreover the product did not match with product image they advertised). Upon calling the fingerhut customer service phone number, they were not willing to refund my money but only offered a replacement. I do not want the replacement as the product is totally different from what they showed on the pictures. But they would not listen and said they have already processed for a replacement for the defective product.
