    Ever since I have purchased this Acer laptop it has given me nothing but headaches. The computer freezes a lot, the mouse track pad rarely responses and the computer runs very slow. The Acer technical support was of no help. They took remote access of my computer for 3 hours, I don’t know what they did but the problem is still there. I wanted an exchange for this useless product but acer technical support would not do it saying the exchange time period is over. The only option they gave me is that I have to give my laptop to the Acer service center for repairs which could take about two to three weeks!!!!!! Never again going to buy a acer product again
