I have tried to reach customer service for the last week. I have waited on hold for 50 minutes with no one answering. When you call back the wait time is always over 25 minutes again without it connecting. Why in today’s world that you can’t leave a call back number amazes me. Very disappointed with the service from your bank.

I was thinking about banking with the suntrust bank as it is close to my place but the lack of interest for the bank employees had me change my mind.
