Powertrain Protection coverage plan

This cover protects current model vehicles + 15 model years covering a distance of less than 250,000 odometer miles. All components are covered in these coverage plans and these plans also provide coverage on engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and drive axles.

    I purchased a warranty for my 2009 Honda Accord in December 2017 for $3516, with 84.293 miles. And now it is at 91500. I have never used any services until June 2021 when my AC compressor. The Honda dealership called and found out that my car is showing as salvage vehicle and was not covered. A CR rep said that the Florida DMV shows that. I called the Florida DMV and my car doesn’t show as salvaged. The only option is to cancel. I sent in the cancellation in July 2021 and in October 2021. I got a check for $947.42. Btw I had to pay $2200 for an AC compressor. This is insulting and very wrong to give the impression that I was covered for a high priced repair and to pull the rug out for not covering and unilaterally canceling the warranty and to give me only $947.42 out $3516. When the warranty was a fake piece of paper. I also can’t get another car warranty cause now after wasting money and time, my car is too old. I will make sure to blast Omega Auto Care as a shady company and to never do business with this company. I deserve to have the rest of the $2568.38 for wasting my time for a fraudulent warranty.

  • I took my car to one dealership and when the claim was submitted the dealership told me to pick up my car until they get approval. The dealership never called me back so I took it to a different dealership. These people told me because I drove my car whiles they had the first claim they won’t cover the car now that I got a dealership that functions better. They even said they couldn’t get in touch with the dealership as well but yet am still to blame for going by the dealerships policy. Even the dealership thought it was a ridiculous reason not to cover my transmission. No one should get this because they will come up with a story when you need repairs but will gladly deduct your monthly fees. I spoke to a lady in cancellation who helped me cancel this policy because I feel like I was cheated out of my money as I have spent over $600 in loaner fees since my car has been with the 2nd dealership. If anyone ever wanted to sue this company, please count me. They are not fair and they don’t care how they treat you.

    Rocks. It was on Sept 26th. I have been trying to reach you for the last couple of days at your advertised number and the same number Michael gave me.
