Auric Air Baggage Policy

The total baggage allowance, inclusive of hand luggage as well as one personal item must not exceed 20 kg in total per passenger each way.

Checked Bag – One free checked bag is allowed up to 12 kg and must be within the maximum dimension of 158 cm or 62.2 linear inches. What do I need to know about the Auric Air cancellation policy?

All the issued tickets attract a penalty of 50 percent for cancellation and changes within 48 hours from the date of departure. A penalty of 100 percent would be applied for cancellation or changes within 24 hours.

Once the ticket is issued, Auric Air booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Auric Air does not have a refund policy. Once the passenger applies for cancellation, the remaining airfare value will be held as a travel credit for all future travel within six months from the date of booking.
