Aer Arann Book Flight – Check-in

Aer Arann airlines management recommends the utmost one-hour prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers may check-in online 72 hours to three hours before departure.

Aer Arann Book Flight – Baggage Allowance

Hand Luggage – One personal item is permitted per passenger. Hand Luggage booking on any class of service is complimentary. The weigh must not exceed 7 kg and under dimension 20*28*43 cm.

Checked  – One checked baggage is complimentary only for the Aer Arann Book Flight option from London to the Isle of Man. The standard checked bag allowance is 20 Kg. Passengers cab book checked baggage online at 10 Pounds a bag. Baggage purchased at the airport could cost 20 pounds a bag.

Excess Baggage – The fee for excess baggage is 7 pounds per kg. The maximum allowance for any luggage must not exceed 32 kg. Excess baggage allowance is available on a first-come and first-serve basis. 

Aer Arann Changes and Cancellation

Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Changes can be made online and offline. 

Cancelling an Aer Arann flight 24-hour prior to the departure cost 35 pounds online and offline as well. Any last-minute cancellation would not be entertained by Aer Arann flights.

Changes allowed would apply to the following route changes:

• Flights to Galway from Edinburgh
• Flight to Galway from London
• Flights from Edinburgh to Cork
• Flights from Dublin to Connemara

A fee of 35 pounds would be applied to change the route plus the difference in the fare at the time of travel. 

For the name correction, a fee of 100 pounds would be applied. The name of the traveler must be provided as exact to the passport credentials.

Aer Arann Child Fares

Infant under two years could fly as infant-on-lap with the adult with a fee of 20 pounds each way to be applied. Aer Arann bar unaccompanied minors as children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by 18 years or above traveler.

Aer Arann Pet Policy

All the service animals would be allowed to fly, but to be transported in the kennel. A maximum of two pets allowed per flight per passenger. A fee of 30 pounds per pet would be charged each way along with the doctor’s travel certificate.
