    So far this summer, have experienced 4-5 power outages. For some odd reason, APS lacks the initiative and intelligence to correct the recurring issue that is causing all of us an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, both with our household atmosphere as well as the service of this company, or rather lack there of. This company is useless and should not be in service anymore. Bring in someone new that has workers that will fix issues and actually talk in person with their customers. Worst company

    we have 2 homes on our account. the smaller one is 730 square feet, uses less electrical energy but has nearly the same charge as our larger home. Should we have that property on a different plan? acct 3369700000

  • really enjoyed being double charged by you today. We moved and paid off our bill of $510 and change and now, 9 days later, you deducted the same amount from my bank account. I think you have taken enough money from me over the years and I dont’ need this also

  • I have been charged three times of what i have to pay for the last two months. APS won’t even give a reason for why it was billed that much. Called the phone number multiple times but still no answer. And this is not the first time APS is doing with disputes over billings. Better to shift back to my previous company.
