The rates are quite high as compared to other competitors but with a very efficient customer service and technicians, I don’t mind paying a little extra to enjoy uninterrupted services.

I was a bit hesitant in the beginning as to get the high internet service I have to subscribe to their phone service. Many questions pop up my mind what if I am not happy with the company service and I plan to change my internet provider. I would not want to keep a phone service of a company that gives me the worst service and internet connection. But I went with my gut and turns out it is one of the best services I have got so far. The customer service is good and there seems to be no problems with my internet connection. I am really happy with the services.
