This is a very easy service to use and the customer service staff is always available and ready to help. They internet speed provided for the package I have purchase is what it says so I am happy. But the internet connection completely drops out whenever there is bad weather and I have to contact the customer service every time this issue occurs. Would be nice if they monitor it during a bad stormy day or rain so that we customers don’t have to call them back again and again to complain about the connection drop.
