I just started service with Chaparral Cable Internet and now I am thinking I made a mistake due to the fact there is absolutely no information on connecting to the internet via the computer and then having to be on hold for hours is stupid. I really hope this doesn’t turn into my worse nightmare.

I had a little problem with my internet connection in the wee hours and I call the customer service number but no one answered the phone. But after 30 minutes I receive a call back from Chaparral Cable and they fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Really satisfied with the quick response and service.
