    I got a new connection and on the first day of installation the modem was not working and I had to wait another day to get a new modem. Could have been more days if I had not called up the customer service pressuring them to get me ASAP. Not satisfied with the level of service they provide

    I made the call to the customer service for my friend and the customer service agent who picked up my call was very funny and helpful. The issue was just a simple reset of password for the router and the agent was extremely nice and while we were performing all the required steps, he was very friendly and funny and had me cracking up the whole time of our conversation. If this is the type of customer service I get from a internet service provider, I sure am going to change from my current service providers to this. It was an amazing experience .
