There use to be lot of internet connection drops in my area and since there are less other internet service providers that provide a good internet, we had no option but to use Access Media 3 internet services. After 6 months of struggling with constant internet connection drops and making continuous calls to access media 3 customer service, they have finally started providing good connections. Now, we face less connection drops, maybe two or three connection drops in a month and they have upgrade the internet speed with no extra charge. I am pleased with the improve in service and I hope it stays that way.
