I have renters Insurance thru USAA. I have no idea how info was accessed, and my CC has been charged

The usaa mobile app was so easy and user friendly to use before. After the updates, it is very confusing to use and all the account numbers that have been saved are now gone. Now i have to manually add each and every other payee and the app is just too slow
