    I have recently open an account at farmers insurance about a year ago and always felt good about the service they provide at the local branch. They is always help when needed and they are very friendly. So about a month ago i had some problems paying my bills over the internet as there was a problem trying to login or it was the app that was not accepting the credentials (happened after the update). Unable to find any other solution, i contact their office phone number, the agent help with the bill payments and it was all set and done in less than 10 minutes. I was totally impressed by the level of service they provided. I have never felt so satisfied with a service like that. Would highly recommend them
