    The first one after new purchase only lasted one year.

    You telephone does not identify a company name and only states to select text me for a service provider in my area. Your Web Site should allow customers to confirm if a registration was performed for the 10-years promised by the vendor/provider. Waiting over 6-weeks since install and multiple calls to the vendor – they keep confirming will send proof registration was done 6-weeks ago -but nothing received. They initially promised during the sale we would receive a certificate of registration/warranty. Your site is not friendly and should not force customers and potential customers to jump hoops.
