    Where it button on the remote that is considered the “input” My screen has a message on it that says hit the button for the device you want to run( “TV”) and then hit the “input” button. No button on the remote is desigtnated as an “input” I jut changed over form ATT buut teh tech guy who was here this morning had the TV going just fine. I turned it off for a while but cant get it back on now

    Tv say’s no connection. Only thing different, i hit the modem button on the remote last night. Have tried the solutions suggested, no change, unplugged modem, no change. connected to correct hdmi port. HELP

    i am trying to reach you , but I am a little uneasy about not having the ability to speak to a live operator. I have had your service for a year or so now and had a problem with my second tv. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me to to through the sign up process again….. I am not being charged twice for my service. Your debited my account on 8-27-18 and now again on 9-12-18. I am not happy about this at all, and wish to speak to someone.

    I am requesting your assistance in trying to help me figure out why the CD player after less than 5 months stops on each disc after 30 seconds. I called HSN where I purchased this and they directed me to your website. The website has no email or phone contact RCAAV.com. Many people over 55 do not use twitter or instagram or facebook. Can you assist me in trying to find out why with infrequent use 1-2x per week, the CD player is not working. I do not have the original box . I do have my receipt of the purchase through HSN. I am quite disappointed by this and hope you can assist.

  • I am currently looking at a 32″ RCA 720P HD Roku LED TV. RTR3260-W.

    I know that it has WIFI capabilities and HDMI ports, but my main question is can you screen mirror on this device? I need to make sure that I am able to screen mirror from my smart phone to this tv. thanks

  • I purchased two new 7 inch tablet from Walmart and everything was good until I plugged in an external keyboard into it one of them. The tablet froze and would not work unless I force shut it down. The same thing happens again when I re-plugged it. The issue is not the same when I plugged in the keyboard to the other tablet. Called up the rca technical support and they seem nice. I was very happy when they provided me a ticket number for the replacement of the tablet with a new one. But the one I received feels more like a refurbished than a new one. Totally dissatisfied with product, much slower and heats up too fast. I feel like I have been cheated by RCA

  • Rca customer service is one of the best. I order a television and it had a slight dent on the edge on the monitor. Seeing this, I immediately called up the RCA technical support phone number to inform that I was sent a faulty product. They asked for the pictures of the dent side of the television and they did some research on their end. After checking and verifying it, they send in a replacement and it took less than 24 hours for the new television to reach my location. I am really impressed with how efficient they work.
