Rca customer service is one of the best. I order a television and it had a slight dent on the edge on the monitor. Seeing this, I immediately called up the RCA technical support phone number to inform that I was sent a faulty product. They asked for the pictures of the dent side of the television and they did some research on their end. After checking and verifying it, they send in a replacement and it took less than 24 hours for the new television to reach my location. I am really impressed with how efficient they work.
I purchased two new 7 inch tablet from Walmart and everything was good until I plugged in an external keyboard into it one of them. The tablet froze and would not work unless I force shut it down. The same thing happens again when I re-plugged it. The issue is not the same when I plugged in the keyboard to the other tablet. Called up the rca technical support and they seem nice. I was very happy when they provided me a ticket number for the replacement of the tablet with a new one. But the one I received feels more like a refurbished than a new one. Totally dissatisfied with product, much slower and heats up too fast. I feel like I have been cheated by RCA
