    I have a 9 months old Acer laptop still under warranty and I wanted to upgrade my laptop hardware configurations. I read a lot about SSD that speeds up the booting process of the laptop and since I was not sure which SSD would be best for my system I contact the asus support phone number. Calling the asus support I found out that they knew nothing about the computers they are suppose to support. I get the fact that there are so many asus laptop available in the market and they would not know to all which model supports which device but come on, you work as a technical support for asus and you do not the different between m.2 SSD and 2.5 SSD. This is ridiculous
