Delta auto protect fails to pay the dealership for the work they authorize to be done which leaves the policy holder responsible for paying for the warranty repairs. The first claim for work authorized in October 2017 was not paid until January 2018 after daily phone calls to the company. Currently Delta has not paid the claim they authorized almost 30 days ago and the dealership has advised me that I am now responsible to pay for the repairs. This is the worst warranty company. I am demanding that your company contact me regarding this matter immediately.
