    I have a question about excess baggage weight, I booked a flight from Bangkok to Seoul in September but I only have 15kg for my luggage, is it possible to add 5kg at the airport and that price will it be ?

    I booked 2 flights on June 2nd. An outbound flight from Seoul Gimpo to Jeju on June 3 and a return flight from Jeju to Seoul Gimpo on June 9. I paid the sum of 38,600 won for the 2 flights in total.
    But, only the outbound flight appears in my booking on the Tway website as well as on the app. My return flight does not appear although I received an email confirming the booking of my 2 flights.

    My booking number is CFG386.

    This is Sankar Patta (holding an Indian passport), I have reserved an air ticket from ICN Seoul, South Korea to Kolkata, India via BKK Bangkok, Thailand.

    My traveling dates on Fri, 4 Dec 2020 Sat (ICN Seoul, South Korea to BKK Bangkok, Thailand Suvarnabhumi, Tway airline) and 5 Dec 2020 (BKK Bangkok to Kolkata, spicejet airline, India).

    During the transfer in Suvarnabhumi airport, self-transfer baggages, 4h 45m of the waiting period will be there for the next flight, could you please let me know whether I need to take Transit VISA or not. I have this confusion due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the updated rules are not available in general information webpages.

  • Due to the coronavirus, I cancelled my flight last March 2 for my holiday to Seoul on April 4 to 12. This incurred a cancellation fee. A few days later on March 6, it was announced via the Tway website that flight cancellations for my route would be given a full refund and the cancellation fee waived. I am hoping that the cancellation fee for my flight would also be refunded. Thank you.

  • I bought on January the 12th through the GO Voyages platform 3 plane tickets go and return Seoul/Jeju on fligths TW 735 (April the 11th) and TW 706 (April the 15th). With the covid 19 epidemic in Europe, China and Korea we have to cancel our trip. GO Voyages tell me that linked to your policy I have to ask directly your company (registered LR8PV2) for refund. What have I got to do for it.

    I am travelling from Seoul/Gimpo to Jeju on 2020-04-18(Sat) and back to Seoul/Gimpo on 2020-04-21(Tue). In view of Coronavirus, may I know what is the cancellation fees if I were to cancel? And what is the fees for postponed? Am I able to postpone to Oct.

    Dear tway Team,

    I just had a flight from Fukuoka airport to ICN-Seoul at 12:25 pm. The flight number is TW292. Unfortunately my bagagge is damaged. I have a new packenger hardcase and it weighted 23kg before flying. No there is a bump in one corner and one wheel at the same side is broken. The wheel is crooked and seems to be broken inside and also the wheel case is crooked. I cannot pull the bagagge anymore.
    Since i am heading back to Hamburg, Germany on sunday morning the first of september i need this problem to be solved.
    Could You give me please a compensation – is it possible to send me a new hardcase lugagge, so that i can make it safely back home to Germany? It is a normal big hardcase suitcase.
    You can See the damage and the suitcase in the pictures attached.

    My return flight to Argentina is 03/01/2020 from Narita airport, at 17:10
    His first flights on this route are 7:00 and 745 on 03/01/2020.
