Smartwings Airlines

Hello,

On 15/12/19 My flight was delayed in Prague airport. The flight was supposed to be on the 15/12/19 at 23:45 pm departure time But, actually, it wasn’t on time and finally, the departure was at 16/12/19 04:19 am
We (Me & My Wife) have lost 2 works day and we missed an important meeting because of this flight delay!! It’s a significant damaged for us!!

According to the rules in such a case like that, I demand that you compensate me and my wife in 800 EUR (400EUR per person)

I’ve sent Dozens of miles to Smartwings But they’re ignoring me!!
