Cabin Baggage – Passenger flying with Buddha Air is allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item or laptop bag. The maximum size of the carry-on bag should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm (20 x 14 x 9ins). The weight allowance is 5 kg.

Checked Baggage – Checked bag weight allowance varies with the class of services: Y class (25kg), A class (20 kg), B class (20 kg), C class (15 kg), D class (15 kg), and E class (15 kg). Buddha Air baggage charges are included in the ticket price considered that the checked luggage does not exceed the weight allowance. All passengers, irrespective of the class service booked are allowed one checked bag for free. The maximum number of bags allowed to allow check-in must not exceed three. Buddha Air charges 40 USD for each bag.

Do I have to purchase an infant ticket online?

What is Buddha Air’s cancellation policy?
Any cancellation which is two hours before the scheduled flight departure is not allowed. In addition, Cancellation is prohibited on Buddha Air’s Economy class with the only exception to the Economy (Y) class where a cancellation charge of 10% of fare would be levied if canceled before 11 hours of the flight time. If canceled within 11 hours, a cancellation charge of 33% of fare would be levied.

In Business class, 25% of the cancellation fee would be charged if canceled 11 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure. If canceled within 11 hours of the departure time, passengers would only get a 50% refund of their airfare.

What is the procedure for Buddha Air flight check-in at the airport?
For the domestic route, passengers need to reach one hour prior to the Buddha Air flight schedule, thus present your ticket and baggage with a valid photo ID. For international flights, passengers need to reach at least three hours prior to the departure with valid passport and immigration documents.
